Fix 'Failed to fetch' and connection errors
Diagnose browser connection failures without confusing them with incorrect credentials or retrying sensitive actions blindly.
What the message means
'Failed to fetch' generally means the browser could not complete a request. It can result from network, certificate, browser-policy, or server problems. It does not by itself identify which cause applies or prove that an account or payment is invalid.
Try safe checks
Confirm you are using the official HTTPS website, then retry after a short pause. Compare another browser or network if available. Note whether the whole dashboard fails or only one action. Do not bypass certificate warnings or disable security protections globally.
Avoid duplicate sensitive actions
If checkout or a package change was interrupted, check the current status before trying again. Send support the time, page URL, visible request reference, and a redacted browser error. Never include session headers, passwords, or payment credentials.
Dashboard labels may currently be in German. Available controls and modules depend on your package and release. If a control described here is missing, check your workspace or contact support.
