Commerce Intelligence explained
Understand how ShopFlare Commerce Intelligence examines buying scenarios, competitive information, and decision gaps.
Look at the buying decision
Commerce Intelligence examines whether the information in your store helps a shopper make a decision. A decision gap may involve unclear compatibility, missing delivery information, weak product differentiation, or a competitor explaining a relevant use case more clearly.
Work with a defined market
Set the project website, language, country, and relevant competitors carefully. Review suggested competitors before treating them as comparable. A store serving another market, a manufacturer, and a direct retailer may have very different offers.
Use findings as evidence to investigate
Read the observation and its source before changing a product page. Scan coverage can be incomplete and prices can become outdated. Recommendations are not a guarantee of revenue growth; prioritise useful changes and check their effect with your own business metrics.
Dashboard labels may currently be in German. Available controls and modules depend on your package and release. If a control described here is missing, check your workspace or contact support.
