Prepare for onboarding
Gather the website, market, content, and access information needed for a straightforward ShopFlare setup.
What to have ready
Use a business email address you can access and the public HTTPS address customers actually use. Choose the correct language and target country, especially if your shop has several regional versions.
- Company and contact details.
- The main website and relevant language or regional storefront.
- Published product, delivery, returns, and contact pages.
- Access to your website editor, tag manager, or technical contact.
Keep scope focused
Connect the store you want to support first. Do not substitute an administrator URL, password-protected preview, checkout page, or unrelated domain. If automatic version detection misses your storefront, verify that its public URL opens without a login and contact support with the exact URL.
Know when setup is complete
A connected domain does not mean all pages are indexed. Check crawl progress, inspect representative source pages, and test the chatbot. If setup fails, retain the error reference instead of repeatedly creating accounts or starting overlapping crawls.
Dashboard labels may currently be in German. Available controls and modules depend on your package and release. If a control described here is missing, check your workspace or contact support.
