Use a current browser

Test your published site in current versions of the browsers your customers use, including Safari on Apple devices. Browser settings, extensions, cookie controls, and network filters can affect embedded experiences. A successful editor preview is not sufficient.

Test real interactions

Check opening and closing, privacy confirmation, message entry, long responses, scrolling, and product links. On mobile, test with the keyboard open and after rotating the device. Confirm that the widget does not cover essential storefront controls.

Check accessibility

Use the keyboard to reach the launcher, message field, and close button. Keep focus visible and colour contrast readable. Avoid relying only on colour to convey state and keep animations restrained. Report the affected browser and interaction when a control cannot be used.

Dashboard labels may currently be in German. Available controls and modules depend on your package and release. If a control described here is missing, check your workspace or contact support.
