Data requests and compliance questions
Prepare a privacy or deletion request and understand the boundary between software controls and legal compliance advice.
Make a specific request
Use ShopFlare's published privacy contact or deletion-request page. Identify the affected account or workspace and the type of request. Do not include a password or identity document unless a secure, necessary verification process has been agreed.
Allow for verification
Export, redaction, and deletion requests may require identity or authority checks. Financial record obligations and other restrictions may affect what can be removed and when. Obtain confirmation of the request outcome rather than assuming an account disappearing from view proves all processing has finished.
Compliance module availability
The Compliance module is currently marked Coming soon in customer navigation. It should not be treated as an active legal audit or certification service. Product documentation is not legal advice; consult an appropriate professional for your obligations.
Dashboard labels may currently be in German. Available controls and modules depend on your package and release. If a control described here is missing, check your workspace or contact support.
